The program celebrates the academic achievements of thousands of high school students nationwide to help them showcase their strong academic performance.

This year marks an extraordinary milestone: 100 years of the Dobyns-Bennett High School Band! We want to invite everyone who has ever been part of the D-B Band family to join us in celebrating a century of pride, passion, and performance. As we kick off our centennial year, we look ahead to a season full of meaningful moments, opportunities to reconnect, and events that honor both our legacy and our future.

School Letter Grades provide a snapshot of school performance based on multiple indicators, including student achievement and academic growth for all schools, as well as college and career readiness for high schools.

KCS District Teachers of the Year include Megan Edmiston (Grades PreK–4), Karen Kitzmiller (Grades 5–8), and Brandon Reed (Grades 9–12).

Before moving into high school athletics, DeBusk spent 18 years at Tusculum University, serving as head football coach from 1998–2015 and as both head coach and athletic director from 2007–2015.

The AP Capstone Diploma program helps students develop critical thinking, research, collaboration, and presentation skills that are essential to academic success.
