D-B Athletics Seeking WBL Interns for 2021-22

Juniors and Seniors there are several opportunities within the DB Athletics Department for Work Based Learning Internships (for school credit).

Appalachian Power Class

Are you interested in power and energy? Would you be
interested in taking a 1 hour a week class during the fall
semester (possibly during homeroom)? The class would be taught by Appalachian Power team members virtually with a structured curriculum and project based assignments.

With today being the last day of the KCS school calendar, the 2020-21 school year weekly updates will cease publication at this time.

Free Summer Meals for Kids Program Information (June 1 - July 15, 2021)

Free meals will be provided this summer to any child 18 years of age or younger by the KCS School Nutrition Department. Meal availability will be at multiple sites each day. Congratulations to our new BOE Members, Melissa Woods and Brandon Fletcher. To Eric Hyche, thank you for your years of service. The terms of the new BOE Members will begin on July 1, 2021.

May 12, 2021 - KCS Wednesday Update

All Face-to-Face students will continue to have in-person learning at school. All Remote Choice Learning students will continue with virtual instruction.
