ETSU Upward Bound Program Information

The ETSU Upward Bound Program is taking applications for the newest class of students. Upward Bound is a program designed to help students succeed in high school and achieve their goal of going on to college. If you are interested in applying or would like more information about the Upward Bound program, please stop by to see the Upward Bound representative outside of the cafeteria during lunch on Tuesday, October 23rd. Applications will be available that day and will be due October 30th in the Counseling office.
