Kingsport City Schools Superintendent Named 2022 First Tennessee District Superintendent of the Year KCS Superintendent Dr. Jeff Moorhouse has been named the 2022 First Tennessee District Superintendent of the Year. With his recognition as the top district First Tennessee Superintendent of the Year, Dr. Moorhouse is also now a finalist for the 2022 Tennessee Superintendent of the Year, which will be announced later this year.
