10th grade students: We are pleased to announce that we are hosting a zoom meeting for
you to learn about this opportunity from Northeast State Community College for 10th
grade D-B students. Middle College is a program where students can earn their high
school diploma and associate degree at the same time!
The Middle College program will give Dobyns-Bennett High School students the
opportunity to earn the A.S. – General TBR Transfer degree, a transferable Associate of
Science degree from Northeast State Community College during their junior and senior
years of high school through a mix of coursework taught at Dobyns-Bennett High School
and the Kingsport Center for Higher Education as well as some online coursework.
Students will be eligible to apply for the Middle College Scholarship to offset part of the
tuition.
