Who: Dobyns-Bennett students grades 9-12; D-B Excel students grades 9-12; Cora Cox Academy students grades 9-12
When:
Monday, May 11th: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Senior yearbook distribution
Tuesday, May 12th: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Junior yearbook distribution
Wednesday, May 13th: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Sophomore yearbook distribution
Thursday, May 14th: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Freshman yearbook distribution
Friday, May 15th: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - students who missed prior pick-up day /
sales of remaining books ($80 cash only - first come/first served while supplies last)
Additional Information FAQ:
Q: What safety protocols will the school be using?
A: Staff members will be wearing masks while distributing books. Students/parents will remain in their cars and a staff member will bring their book to them.
Q: I can’t remember if I ordered a yearbook for my child, how do I find out?
A: E-mail the yearbook advisor, Rebekah Haren, at [email protected] to confirm.
Q: I have 2 or more children in different grades at D-B, can I pick up both/all of their books on the same day?
A: Yes, but please come on the youngest child’s scheduled pick-up day.
Q: I did not buy a book by the February deadline. Can I still purchase a book for my child?
A: Monday, May 11th - Thursday, May 14th are reserved for pre-ordered book distribution only. We will have a very limited number of unclaimed books available to sell on Friday, May 15th beginning at 10 a.m. Books will be sold on a first come, first served, cash-only basis. Students or parents wishing to buy a book will need to bring $80 cash and have exact change. Checks will not be accepted as payment.
Q: Can I come on any of the days instead of following the schedule?
A: No, we are distributing hundreds of books a day and will only have the books for that particular grade readily available on each day.
Q: I cannot make the scheduled pick-up window for my child? How can I get the yearbook?
A: If at all possible, try to make your scheduled time window. If you cannot make the scheduled pick-up window, we will be distributing unclaimed books on Friday, May 15th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Students/parents should expect delays and extended wait times on this day. Any books not claimed by Friday, May 15th, will be stored until the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year and distributed at that time.
