Kingsport City Schools and D-B EXCEL are proud to open the doors to the public for the first time and showcase our brand new facility for Dobyns-Bennett High School students!

D-B EXCEL is a unique program of choice specializing in blended-learning classes and featuring flexible class schedules for students.
