ACCESS Night is scheduled for January 28th @ 5:30-8:30 p.m. which will begin with an opening session in the Pridemore Theater and rotations in the Social Studies Pod for AP, Dual Enrollment, and Dual Credit presentations beginning at 6 p.m. This event is an excellent opportunity to communicate to parents and rising 9th grade students as well as current DB students what college credit opportunities are available to them and the expectation of the courses. If you would like to have a previous student help with your presentation that is greatly encouraged! You can utilize a PPT, provide handouts, and/or tell student success stories; whatever will encourage students to challenge themselves by taking AP, dual enrollment or a dual credit class. Representatives from NSCC and ETSU will also be present for dual enrollment and dual credit opportunities.
